What's your label?

Best before & use by. All packaged foods have a label, but have you ever placed that label on yourself? “Im too old/young to...” or “I would if I wasn’t...” or “I used to be able to, but now I’m ...”

Many of the constraints we create are in our minds, whether we can or can’t. With food an overdue “use by” is a throw away. A ‘best before’ date has a long window of use (even though it may lose nutrients and taste).

So what labelling system have you adopted? Are you believing you’re a use by or a best before? Odds are you are still very much in the window of use, the only label are the ones we stick on ourselves.

Life lesson: The labels we attach to ourselves can determine whether we throw life away or use it till the end
