When a beautiful woman from Texas contacted me last year, I could not believe that this stunning human could not see how amazing she is. Her testimony today made me cry, because now she sees what I saw in her from day one...

"Katie is a God sent gift to me. She came into my life just when I needed her help and guidance. I first worked with her in her four week "Quit Sugar" course then I signed on for her 12 week program to set me on a path to better health and wellness in many areas of my life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

I was really struggling when I met her. Struggling with low self-confidence, poor diet and overall poor self-care. I felt lost and directionless. She pointed me in the right direction and I embarked on a wonderful journey of learning about myself and beginning to better appreciate and love myself just as I am.

She taught me so much about daily non-negotiables to implement in my life: proper nutrition, exercise, water consumption and sleep. She customized a program tailored to my needs both physical and mental health related. It was a very organic process of meeting me where I am and teaching me how the brain works and using techiques that leveraged my inherent brain power. I got help with creating a better mindset, brain hacks, ways to handle my emotions and stress and so many other things. She's full of zest, joy and love for her clients.

She has infectious energy, great wit and sense of humor. She has a terrific superpower of communicating deep concepts in a simple and easily understandable way that always resonated with me.

What I love about her most is that she's genuine, real and raw and tells it like it is. She shares her own personal health journey with its many ups and downs making her so relatable and human like the rest of us. What she's learned she passed onto me. I am forever grateful and feel truly blessed I met her. She's been a HUGE help to me. I am a better person now knowing her. ♥️♥️♥️"
